How the 12 weeks work
Each module runs for 2 weeks:
- Week 1: Activation
We open the theme, create the shift, set micro-actions - Week 2: Integration
We stabilise it, practise it, and make it stick
Time commitment (realistic):
one live session per week (60-75 min) + short daily practices

Strengths-driven action. Presence without performance.
Outcome: Put two strength-based micro-actions on your calendar for this week.
Integrate
- Anchor the New Normal
A simple system that holds even when you slip.
Outcome: Lock in two simple daily/weekly habits and start tracking.
We move in short lessons and tiny practices,
then review together the following week.

About Franziska
Life abroad can look like a dream from the outside. And then, quietly, something shifts.
One day you realise you feel less like yourself. More careful. More disconnected.
As if you’re constantly adapting, performing, or holding yourself together without really arriving.
I know first hand what this feels like, this used to be me.
I uprooted my life for love, built a life across cultures, and spent many years navigating the subtle identity loss that often comes with living abroad. I know what it feels like to lose your inner ground while everything looks “fine” on the outside and how disorienting it is when confidence, belonging, and ease slowly slip away.
What I also know is this: nothing is wrong with you.
What’s missing is inner safety, clarity, and a way back to yourself that doesn’t require pushing or proving.
Over the past two decades abroad, and through my work as a change manager and coach, I’ve learned how real, lasting change happens.
Not through willpower or performance, but through stabilising the nervous system, reconnecting with your inner truth, and taking small, meaningful steps that rebuild self-trust from the inside out.
Today, I guide others through this process with calm structure and intuitive compassion. I know when to slow things down, when to offer support, and when someone is ready to gently stretch.
This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about coming home to who you already are.
My role here is to hold the path steadily, so you don’t have to figure it out alone.
To offer guidance that is grounded, compassionate, and clear especially in moments when you feel unsure or overwhelmed.

No, this is not therapy.
The Confidence & Belonging Shift is a guided transformation space focused on identity, confidence and emotional grounding abroad.
We don’t analyze your past. We work with who you are now and who you are becoming.
If you’re looking for clinical trauma work, therapy is the right place.
If you want to feel confident, grounded and at home in yourself, then this is for you.
This is a small, intimate group experience.
Why? Because belonging is something you don’t just learn. You experience it.
You’ll realize very quickly: you’re not the only one feeling this way.
There is power in being seen by others who truly understand your reality abroad.

This program is designed for real life, which includes busy schedules.
