1) Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases and participation in online coaching programs and digital services offered by Expat Happiness (“we/us”). Offer-specific details shown at checkout (including start date, access type, price, and any additional refund terms) form part of the contract and prevail if they conflict with these Terms.

2) Service

We provide online coaching services and program materials as described on the relevant sales/checkout page (“Program”). Delivery may include live group calls and access to digital materials, as stated in the offer description.

3) Eligibility

You confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

4) Payment

Payment is processed via the checkout/payment provider used for the purchase (e.g., Alfima/CopeCart). Prices and VAT information are shown at checkout.

5) Right of withdrawal (EU consumers) and start of service

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA and you buy online, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal (“cooling-off period”) from the day of purchase (conclusion of the contract).

If you request that we start delivering the Program (for example by granting access to materials and/or providing live sessions) within this 14-day period and you later withdraw, you may be required to pay for the part of the service already provided up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal (a proportionate amount).

To withdraw, email us at info@expathappiness.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw, including your name, the Program purchased, and the purchase date.

6) Live calls, recordings, and changes

If the Program includes live calls, dates/times and delivery details are communicated in advance. We may make reasonable changes to the schedule or format where necessary. If you cannot attend a live call, no refund is provided for missed sessions; where recordings are available, they serve as the alternative access. If recordings are provided, this will be stated in the offer description.

7) Participant conduct and confidentiality

You agree to participate respectfully. You must keep other participants’ personal information confidential. We may remove participants for serious misconduct, harassment, or breaches of confidentiality.

8) Coaching disclaimer

Our services are coaching and education. They are not medical or psychological treatment and do not replace professional advice. Results vary; no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

9) Intellectual property

All Program materials are for your personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell, publish, or distribute Program materials or call recordings, nor record live calls, without prior written permission.

10) Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim related to the Program is limited to the amount you paid for that Program.

11) Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy on our website.

12) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be brought before the competent courts in Denmark, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
